Limiting the Spread of Infection

NSM is doing our part to minimize the spread of the flu, COVID-19, RSV and any other potential infectious diseases, especially during the time of year when these illnesses are most prevalent.

NSM asks our employees to self-screen after showing any signs and symptoms related to any illness and take appropriate measures if any employee presents with a fever and/or symptoms to limit spread of infection.

NSM is following prevention steps defined by the CDC based on your Community Level. Additionally, if a client is being serviced inside of a branch, in an area that’s experiencing an increase of COVID hospitalization, they may be required to wear a mask.

Clean Spaces & Equipment

Our team is required to disinfect client areas before and after use, as well as disinfect new and used equipment upon receipt and prior to returning to the client.

Remote & Limited Contact Evaluation Options

Using HIPAA approved, compliant telehealth options*, we are able to perform many new equipment and repair evaluations remotely and/or with limited contact if we cannot resolve the request remotely.

*Availability dependent upon health insurance provider guidelines.
